As the saying goes,life lies in sports,sports is to improve the human immune function,resist disease invasion,prolong life of the positive means.In recent years,more studies have shown that the physical health of teenagers has been in decline,and to change the root cause of this problem,we must improve students' desire for sports,that is,students want to exercise.Middle and primary school recess activities,as a way to adjust students' learning state and promote their physical and mental health,play a positive role.However,researchers have found that the traditional form and simple content of interclass exercises and large interclass activities in many schools make students' desire for sports very negative.And as a new way of sports aerobics are adored by the masses,so this study in chengdu fusing zhao town middle school junior middle school students as the object of study the experimental intervention,intervention of giving a fuck aerobics teaching experiment research,to explore the effect of aerobic dancing lesson hold to improve middle school students would like to,in order to optimize the school lesson hold and big recess activity content and way to provide effective basis.This study mainly adopted the methods of literature review,expert interview,experimental teaching and questionnaire survey to study the effect of introducing aerobic dance to the exercise intention of middle school students.Articles from zhao big recess aerobic dancing lesson hold experimental teaching design,students in aerobics movement after the big recess teaching to statistical analysis,the basic information on aerobic dancing after the big recess student movement to analysis and teachers' feedback on aerobic dancing lesson hold several aspects such as data and the analysis of the actual situation.The following conclusions are drawn from the study,(1)Aerobic dance class exercise is popular among students,which greatly improves their "sports intention" in "sports interest","sports mode" and "sports cognition".(2)The interclass teaching of aerobic dance has the same effect on improving the movement of students of different genders.(3)The aerobic dance interclass teaching has the same effect on students of different grades.(4)Teachers' satisfaction with students' interclass exercises,their attitude to students' interclass exercises,their behavior of handling students' interclass exercises,and whether it is necessary for teachers to collect written opinions regularly,etc.,have obvious feedback effect,indicating that teachers fully recognize the teaching effect of aerobic dance between classes.Based on the results and conclusions of this paper,some Suggestions are put forward.It is hoped that this study will provide theoretical reference and practical significance to the aerobic dance interclass activities.
