| Township education is an important part of China’s education.The development of township education is related to the realization of rural revitalization and the success or failure of China’s new rural construction.With the rapid development of urbanization,the continuous reduction of school-age students in towns and villages and the implementation of the policy of "merging schools with schools",boarding schools in towns and villages have gradually become the main form of education in towns and villages,and boarders have become the main body of boarding schools.Boarders study and daily life are spent in the school,the school management of boarders is directly related to the physical and mental development of boarders,school quality,but also related to the future development of students.The management of boarding students has become the top priority of boarding schools,and it is also the key to smoothly promote the transformation of boarding students in towns and townships from "learning" to "learning well".Therefore,the management of boarders has become an important part of running schools in rural areas.This paper uses literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method and statistical analysis method.The paper consists of 5 chapters in total.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the reasons for the topic selection,domestic and foreign literature review,research significance,research content,research methods and the definition of relevant concepts.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of student management in township boarding schools,mainly including the theoretical basis of student management in township boarding schools,the basic characteristics and content functions of student management.The third chapter is the current situation investigation of the management of students in boarding schools in L county and township and the analysis of the investigation results.The fourth chapter is based on research and data analysis to find out the problems existing in the management of school boarders and analysis of the causes.The fifth chapter is based on the township boarding school student management problems and the causes of the corresponding improvement strategies.Through the study,it is found that the current boarding schools in L county and township are relatively standardized in student management,and there are problems in dormitory management,food management,safety management,after-school activities management,psychological management and many other aspects.Therefore,from the government level,school level and family level,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,in order to better promote the township boarding school student management,improve the effectiveness of school student management. |
