Education is the foundation of the country and the foundation of a strong country.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out from the national level that the national development strategy in the new era cannot be separated from the support and guidance of higher education.Under the joint efforts of the education industry,China's higher education has achieved remarkable achievements,and the scientific research achievements of universities are particularly prominent,which provides important support for China's economic and social development.Talents are an important strategic resource for scientific research and development.How to fully mobilize the vitality of scientific research personnel,bring motivation to the improvement of scientific research quality,promote the sound and rapid development of scientific research,and are increasingly influenced by university administrators and academic researchers.At present,there are two main researches on job vitality at home and abroad: one is to regard work vitality as an independent variable,considering its impact on job satisfaction and job well-being;the other is to regard work vitality as a dependent variable.The model of research from the three dimensions of individual characteristics,work characteristic factors and organizational characteristics as independent variables.Both models have not been specifically studied in terms of the vitality of work involved in research work.At the same time,in the process of specific scientific research management,college administrators realized that the development of scientific research should be inseparable from the contribution and contribution of scientific research personnel in the direction of high quality and innovation.Therefore,the working status of scientific research personnel has a very important impact on the research team's research and development level and the quality of scientific research results.This paper consists of seven chapters,which are introduction,literature review,research work status,empirical research,data analysis,research application,research conclusions and conclusions.The research focuses on the research staff's work vitality and its influencing factors,aiming at stimulating researchers.Work potential to enhance the quality of scientific research and adapt it to the requirements of the national research and development strategy of the new era.The research of this paper is mainly based on the research environment of university scientific research,taking the researchers of XN Petroleum University as the object,from the perspective of the influencing factors of research work vitality,to analyze the individual characteristics,work characteristics,organizational characteristics and work vitality of researchers.The relationship,review and summarize the four research variables of creative role identification,work control,leadership relationship and work vitality,sort out the theoretical basis of the research,and interview some research teams to establish a theoretical hypothesis model.The basic assumptions are presented.The hypothesis is verified by empirical research,and based on the empirical results,the following conclusions are drawn: creative role identification has a significant positive impact on the work vitality of researchers,and work control has a significant positive impact on the work vitality of researchers.Leadership relationship has a significant positive impact on the vitality of researchers.On this basis,according to the actual situation,combined with the real factors affecting the vitality of scientific research personnel,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to play the role of various impact factors,to ensure the effective improvement of the work vitality of scientific research personnel,and to promote the continuous improvement of scientific research quality.Finally,the innovation of this research is explained,and the limitations in the research are also proposed.
