Second, teachers' perceptions of leadership styles have significant influence on job involvement. Third, work engagement is the moderator variable between leadership styles and work engagement. At the same time, Select the MLQ 5X , the BFLQ and the UWES as the research tools.221 teachers were tested by item analysis, reliability and validity analysis to establish an formal questionnaire. Then, variance independent sample t test, single factor analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical techniques are used to verify the proposed hypothesis.Through the theoretical derivation and empirical research of 502 valid questionnaires, the following conclusions are drawn: First, the formal leadership styles questionnaire is different from the original questionnaire, the new factor named as charisma/inspirational, consideration/stimulation/reward and managing exceptionally. It verifies the dimensions of the Big Five Personality Scale:neuroticism, agreeableness, extraversion, openness and responsibility. The formal work engagement questionnaire is different from the original questionnaire work, the new factor named as vigor and dedication/focus. Second, teachers with different characteristics have significant differences in personality traits, perceived leadership style and work engagement. Third, teachers' perceptions of leadership style (virtue and motivation, inspiration and care and reward management by exception) showed a significant positive correlation with work engagement. Fourth, the analysis shows that agreeableness is the moderator variable between leadership styles and work engagement, other personality variables are not play a moderator variable role. Therefore, based on the guarantee of the management policy and school management efficiency, this paper proposes that the selection system, training system, incentive system, title system and workload system should be considered to construct the management policy. it also submits countermeasures on promote the leader's leadership effectiveness in charisma/inspirational, consideration/stimulation/reward and managing exceptionally, in order to provide reference for the improvement of teachers' organization and education quality.
