China’s education industry is growing at a rate of 30% every year.With the rapid development,new educational products need to be excavated urgently.Preschool education market has attracted more and more attention.Through the analysis of puzzle products that the children of this age might play with and the requirement of proving the children’s ability,magic cube,as a hot topic,has been selected to connect with education as a new educational product.Therefore,magic cube education formed.The purpose of this paper is to study whether the magic cube market can be developed in the target area through the analysis and practice of marketing theory.By investigating the development of education,consumption concept,living standard and the number of students in Sujiatun District of Shenyang City,this paper uses 4C theory to analyze the current situation and demand of magic cube education market in this region,it draws a conclusion that magic cube market is brilliant.Through STP theory analysis,the market is subdivided.Aged 5-12 children are thought to be the target consumers,especially the children who have initiative thinking and those whose parents pay much attention on their children’s ability training.In order to build a professional brand of magic cube,we made full use of the advantages emphasizing in terms of teacher strength,geographical location,resource utilization and other aspects.At the same time,we also fully considered the product,strategy,channel and promotion during the promoting process,and then developed a proper proposal to ensure that magic cube education can be smoothly promoted in the region.Finally,we can take up most market share in a shorter term.
