At this stage,our government is gradually strengthening the training of comprehensive quality of students of all ages.The work of Outward Bound training is no longer confined to colleges and universities,and primary and secondary schools have also introduced outward bound training.Most of the outward bound training in primary and secondary schools relies on physical training.For example,in the school's original sports,students can enjoy and participate in the games.From a broader point of view,the form of quality development training for primary and secondary school students can also include holding all kinds of extracurricular activities and the establishment of various training camps.Nowadays,outward bound training marks a positive,civilized and healthy concept in the learning and life of primary and secondary school students.It also expresses people's changing consumption psychology and pursuit of fashion experience.As a rising star of outdoor market development in Nanjing primary and secondary schools,A company has gathered a group of high-quality outdoor trainers in more than two years after its establishment,and has gained a good reputation in the industry.However,due to the relatively short establishment time of Company A,there is still a big gap in marketing channels and means compared with some old quality development companies.This paper hopes that through management research methods,combined with the outdoor development market environment of primary and secondary schools in Nanjing and the development situation of A company itself,to formulate the most suitable development strategy for A company,to help it quickly occupy a place in the quality development market of primary and secondary schools in Nanjing.Through the SWOT analysis and strategic choice analysis of Nanjing A Development Company,we can know that for such a company which has not been in the market for a long time,it is a long-term and gradual process to really base itself on quality to expand the market.Because of the favorable policy and the upward economic environment,Nanjing A Development Company will face many opportunities,but at the same time,the existing competitors and potential market entrants will also pose a certain threat to it.Therefore,it requires Nanjing A Development Company to play a steady and steady role,relying on its product advantages,starting from Nanjing,starting from one or two schools,and gradually moving to Nanjing as a whole.Primary and secondary school market penetration.Through STP analysis,this paper analyses the market segmentation,market selection and market positioning of A company,and puts forward relevant marketing strategies from four aspects: product,price,channel and promotion.Finally,in order to complete the established marketing strategy of A company,the safeguard measures are put forward from three aspects: organization,human resources and finance.
