Study On Employment Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Rural Students

With the popularization of higher education and the continuously expansion of enrollment scale in university,more and more rural students are accessible to study in collages.The development of economic society and improvement of the populace's cultivation has been accelerated as the positive result of this background.But the industry transformation and upgrading,supply-side structural reform and the labour transfer with the rapidly development of China's economy has caused the structural employment problem.At the same time,the amount of graduated student increased year by year which give rise to a tough situation of employment.The practical problems and frustrations that rural graduates,who come from rural areas,are faced with,are more worthy to be concerned for China pay much attention to issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and rural people.Another reason is that rural graduates' employment is related directly to personal livelihoods but also rural family's living standard that can make far effect on social economy and stability.There's no shirking the responsibility for collages and universities,which aim talent cultivation as core,to handle this kind of problem.Rural students take a part of 70% in LSNU — a provincial normal university.And there are over 2,800 graduates are facing the employment every year.So it is of importance meaning in economic development no matter for person,family or local society to solve this employment issues.The paper studies with a research approach consisted of current situation analyzing,problem rising and analyzing and solution making.It deeply analysis employment difficulties and concluded the causing reason through investigating students in LSNU about their current situation and employment intention from economics,pedagogy and psychology,using literature research method,questionnaire method and case interview.As the research shows,there are a contradiction between reality and expectation of employment among rural students.It shows the problem that low employment intention in basic level while low employment rate of high quality job,and students are weak in not only their realize and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship but also comprehensive quality and practise,lacking of targeted instructions in employment.This paper makes specific analysis of reasons from five aspects: students themselves,family,school,society and employer.And it puts forward effective suggestions and countermeasures to improve employment of rural student in LSNU based on the analyze.The suggestions also contains six improvements: security system safeguard of government,instruction service and educational revolution of school,comprehensive quality of students to have a good employment preference,a harmonious environment of family education with the transformation of employment attitude and finally the system for employer to select and cultivate employees.
