Research On The Rural Employment Problems And Guiding Countermeasures

In 2021,the No.1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposes to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and place rural construction in an important position of socialist modernization.In the foundation of Qianqiu,talents are the first priority.Talent revitalization is the key and cornerstone of rural revitalization.As the talent foundation for rural revitalization,college students are very important in how to guide them to establish a correct outlook on rural employment in the context of rural revitalization.However,some college students currently have problems in employment in rural areas,such as unscientific outlook on employment and insufficient role models.Therefore,the study of contemporary college students’ rural employment issues and their guiding strategies is of great practical significance for the revitalization of rural areas.This article is mainly based on the survey results of college students’ attitudes towards rural employment and the status quo of rural employment college students,using questionnaire survey method,document analysis method,interview method,etc.,to systematically analyze the current situation of college students’ rural employment,and summarize the current problems of college students’ rural employment.And elaborate on it.The study believes that the lack of willingness of college students to work in rural areas,the inadequate role model role of college students in rural employment,the need to improve rural employment policies,and the slowdown in the process of rural employment for college students are the main problems that exist in rural employment for college students,which seriously restrict college students’ rural employment initiative.The reason is the unscientific outlook on employment of college students,insufficient publicity of the deeds of rural employed college students,insufficient spiritual connotation,rural revitalization strategy in its infancy,and insufficient rural economic vitality.This needs to start with education guidance and government support.Colleges and universities should strengthen rural employment education and guidance for college students,strengthen role models and demonstrations for rural employment college students,the state should actively promote the rural revitalization plan,and the government should enhance the vitality of the rural economy.
