The platform aims at the demand of particular profession and research topics, which support all kinds of resources and services related to scientific researches, by a integrated management software in general use .Chapter 4 is the most important section in the article. By replaying to the goals and requirements of serving system, it firstly establishes the basic function of the information service platform.
