The Analysis Of Fiscal And Tax Support Policies For University Students And Graduates’ Entrepreneurship

In recent years,the number of university graduates has been rising year by year.Under the premise of a stable employment rate,the number of unemployed graduates has been increasing year by year due to the continuous increase in the number of graduates,and the employment of university graduates has become issue of the current stage of social and economic development in China.Since the country launched the "popular entrepreneurship and innovation" initiative in 2015,various ministries and commissions of the State Council and local governments at all levels have successively introduced a series of entrepreneurial support policies in deepening the field of entrepreneurial innovation and reform.Among them,there are many financial subsidies and tax reliefs for entrepreneurial support for college students.The policy has achieved remarkable results in promoting college students’ entrepreneurship,creating employment through entrepreneurship,and solving employment difficulties for college students.This article focuses on the fiscal and tax policies for college students’ entrepreneurial ventures,sorts out the domestic college students’ fiscal policy on entrepreneurship,and takes the implementation process of college students’ entrepreneurial policies in Chun’an County,Zhejiang Province as an example,through policy consolidation,research on business parks,and questionnaire surveys.Case interviews and other methods are used to study the actual utility,existing problems and improvement directions of fiscal and taxation entrepreneurship support policies in the grassroots region at the county level,combine the theory with recommendations for optimization,and improve the financial support policy system for college students in the county to better Help grass-roots college students start their own businesses and improve their success rate in returning home.On the basis of the case studies,we will consider the path to improve the fiscal and taxation support policies for graduates in our county.
