Research On Science And Technology Entrepreneurship Policy Of Hunan College Graduates

With the rapid development of the Times, Science and technology innovation become the theme of the era, college students as the main innovation, more and more attention by the community, the current Chinese universities are also facing severe employment situation, the central and local governments attach great importance to college students employment and entrepreneurship work. At present, the provincial government to promote entrepreneurship and develop a series of college students to encourage entrepreneurship, support policies and measures of business growth,promote the industry, academia, research and coordinated development, encouraging innovation, increasing employment opportunities and improving the business environment of college students, However, college students in Hunan province technology entrepreneurs support policies still exist many problems, need to find their problems, analyze their causes, thus helping to promote the continuous development of technology entrepreneurs undergraduates in Hunan province.Currently, the state issued a series of undergraduate technology entrepreneurship support policies, which aims to foster entrepreneurial awareness of college students,encouraging college students entrepreneurial motivation, enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of college students, promoting college students venture. However, sorting through questionnaires and interviews, there are some problems in the implementation of Hunan University Student Entrepreneurship Policy: entrepreneurship education such as science and technology policy is imperfect, business support policy financing is not in place, the government's service policy operability is not strong, supporting policies unsound, entrepreneurial ambience is not thick, the students themselves entrepreneurial awareness and ability and other issues. Through its analysis shows mainly education technology start-ups and other content policy is not in place, the government lacks a systematic planning policy for business students, some government departments for technology start-ups to support the policy emphasis is not enough, not enough entrepreneurial environment is relatively relaxed, community college students venture lack of awareness, a lack of college students' career planning and other factors caused entrepreneurship. Drawing on the United States, Japan,Britain and China in Beijing, Zhejiang, Hubei and other provinces on the outstanding college students venture support policies on the basis of experience, we propose tostrengthen its policy in Hunan Science and Technology Venture students,undergraduates in Hunan province to build a new system of entrepreneurship education policy, improve the tax and financial policy, and enhance the systematic planning of science and technology innovation service policies and formulating sound policies in line with the student population, the community and create a good social atmosphere favorable to enhance recommend students should own career planning and entrepreneurial capacity feasibility.
