In recent years,with the enhancement of the national comprehensive strength and the rapid development of social economy,people enjoy the fruits of the improvement of life quality and the development of science and technology.At the same time,the excessive use of nutrition and electronic products seriously affects the physical and mental health of students,and the physical and mental health of students is worrying.The annual monitoring data of students' physical fitness confirms that the more More and more students are in sub-health state and their physical quality is deteriorating.Guided by the high-intensity interval training method,this paper uses the normal teaching time of physical education courses to monitor and compare the changes of middle school students' physical fitness level,and is committed to finding out that HIIT sports intervention is conducive to the rapid improvement of students' physical fitness and physical health.Taking the influence of HIIT sports intervention on the physical health of middle school students as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,120 students in No.1 Middle School Juye The results showed that:(1)before the experiment,the test results of the HIIT exercise intervention group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.Most of the physical health indicators of the students passed,but only in the male students' pull-up items there were more failures.(2)There were significant differences in vital capacity,1000 meters and standing long jump between boys in the HIIT exercise intervention group before and after the experiment.There are also significant differences in physical health indexes of vital capacity,800 meter and50 meter running.(3)Before and after the experiment in the control group,it was found that the ability of boys' short distance running was enhanced,and the explosive power level was significantly improved.There are obvious differences between female students' lung capacity and 50 meter running,but the improvement effect in endurance,strength,flexibility and other aspects is not obvious.(4)After the experiment,the final results of the HIIT exercise intervention group and the control group found that theHIIT exercise intervention group students' performance increased significantly,and the lung capacity and endurance quality indicators of the boys in the two groups had significant changes.At the same time,the 50 meters,lung capacity and endurance quality of female students are also significantly improved.It can be seen that HIIT exercise intervention has a more effective role in improving students' lung function and endurance quality.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)in the application of HIIT sports intervention,physical education teachers should aim at the shortcomings of students' physical health,and the sports load of classroom teaching should meet the requirements of students' physical development,so as to avoid sports injury caused by excessive sports.(2)Teachers should monitor students' physical health in time,based on students' physical health test results,combined with the diversity of physical education curriculum teaching,to achieve the high efficiency of curriculum teaching.(3)The high-intensity interval training method has a significant effect on the improvement of students' vital capacity,as well as on boys' endurance quality,explosive power,and girls' endurance quality.Teachers should make full use of this feature to help students get effective improvement.
