The Study Of The Development Of Art-teaching In Schools In Ping Jiang Country Under Specially Contracted Teachers Plan

The development of rural areas is related to the whole country as a whole,while the rural education is an important force to promote the development of rural areas,is the implementation of quality education,and comprehensively implement the national education policy,the specific embodiment.Especially in rural primary and secondary school art education is an important part of improving the overall quality of rural students,it is an important part of modern education,to improve the ability to appreciate the ability of primary and middle school students,cultivate their sentiments and cultivate innovative ability,and promote their comprehensive development with a special emphasis on the role of.In reality,the art education in rural primary and middle schools is affected by various factors,the development speed is slow,and there are all kinds of problems.To this end,the state implemented a special post plan in 2006,through this program to solve the problem of rural education.This paper studies the development of art education in rural primary and secondary schools in the special post program,combined with the author's own teaching experience,through the discovery of problems,analysis of the causes and solutions to solve the problem,build a virtuous circle of art education system in Pingjiang country.This thesis is composed of four parts: the first part is the introduction part.This paper mainly introduces the background,significance,literature review,research contents and research methods of this paper.The second and third part of the thesis focus on the field research of enducational situation of art-teaching in schools in Ping Jiang country.The reason of the slow educational development is discussed both objectively and subjectively.The condition before the employment of Specially Contracted Teachers Plan and the condition after it are compared and analyzed.The result of indicates that there are still shortcomings for the Specially Contracted Teachers Plan to promote the development of art-teaching in that area.Besides,the advantages of the art-teaching in schools under the Specially Contracted Teachers Plan is illustrated.The fourth part is about the development strategy of rural primary and secondary school art education in Pingjiang Country,which is the focus of this paper.Pingjiang country should seize the opportunity,use the advantage resources,actively develop the rural art education,which can improve the development of art education in rural primary and secondary schools in Pingjiang Province,And special posts in Pingjiang Country Rural Elementary and middle school art education development direction were analyzed,it combined with the actual situation,the Pingjiang Country Primary and secondary art education development direction aremainly two,first is to adjust measures to local conditions,set up schools characteristics of art curriculum;the second is to increase investment,strengthen the construction of art education system in rural primary and secondary schools.Through the research,it is found that the special post plan can not only improve the imbalance of education development from the whole macro,the education resources to the poor areas,to meet the disadvantages of the local education development,is the construction of rural teachers and the improvement of rural education quality has a great help.Pingjiang country to actively use the opportunity to play the advantages of local art education,and actively promote the development of Pingjiang Country Art education.However,the implementation of the special post plan must be equipped with a good support system.Any plan is not a leap,it needs a long process,in the process of gradually improving.In a word,the development of the art education in the primary and middle schools in the rural areas is very important.
