The reasearch found that Z Center schoolteachers have featue of the generation after80s and the novicefeatures of new teachers, especially they are often confusedabout the identity of the teacher post, at a loss. The study alsofound thats special post teacher practice has a strongadaptability, special learning needs and self-actualization needsare strong, strong willingness to educate. But their professionalidentities lower happiness, career planning, awareness andcapacity is relatively weak.
