"Specially contracted teachers Scheme " for rural teacherssupplement weak areas and improve the overall quality of ruralteachers have a very important significance."special postteachers" this capacity to show us such a special group ofteachers: Most of them are new teachers, their schools aremostly in relatively poor areas, they are faced with moredifficulties on the road to promote development of teachers.Caring special post teachers life, To pay attention to specialpost teachers ’ professional development, as it relates to theircareer development and career happiness, but also relates tothe poor level of education in rural areas and improve the qualityof teachers.The article used special post teachers of Z school teachersin P county of Shanxi province for the survey sample groups, based on the actual survey, by the method of narrative research.Analysis the situation of the professional development of specialpost teachers. The reasearch found that Z Center schoolteachers have featue of the generation after80s and the novicefeatures of new teachers, especially they are often confusedabout the identity of the teacher post, at a loss. The study alsofound thats special post teacher practice has a strongadaptability, special learning needs and self-actualization needsare strong, strong willingness to educate. But their professionalidentities lower happiness, career planning, awareness andcapacity is relatively weak. Based on this point of view, thisstudy analyzed social and environmental factors, according tothe theory relevant professional development of teachers, thereasons of special post teacher professional development areanalyzed, put forward some countermeasures.In this article, the structure is divided into five parts, thefirst part of "Introduction", including issues raised in the studyof meaning, definition, literature review and research methods.The second part is " P County of Shanxi Province, Z CenterSchool Introduction", introduces the basic situation of thecounty, Shanxi Province and Z center school. The third part isthe " Introduction to the special post teachers," introduces the basic situation of the special post teachers, analyzed the specialcharacteristics of the special post teachers, special postteacher recongnize identity problem. The fourth part is " myspecial post teacher life." The main center tells the story of Zprimary school special post teachers’ professional development,including " the day of special post teachers ","record a lesson "," home visit " life story and teaching stories. In this part, themain selected for groundbreaking professional developmentfrom several key role in the story, including busy morn, a person’s class, an additional burden, monotonous life after school; the"Record a lesson ", the main hall select some representative canhighlight the special post classroom teacher professionaldevelopment story; in the " home visit ", the main difficulty isselected through home visits twice.
