In 2006,to solve the problem of rural education,China issued the “Special Post Plan for Rural Compulsory Education Teachers”(special post plan for short),a large number of young special post teachers joined the compulsory education,which injected new vitality into rural education and solved the backward problem of rural education to a certain extent.Special Post teachers are an important force in rural teachers,and their professional development level greatly affects the development of rural education.But most rural school special post teachers in the professional development of the road facing many difficulties.Therefore,to carry out an in-depth study on the professional development of special post teachers and find out possible solutions,it is of great practical significance for the realization of the dream of “Strengthening the construction of rural teachers and promoting the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education ”.Based on the theory of Teacher Professional Development,this paper makes a systematic study on the professional development of special post teachers in d county of h province by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire and interview.Firstly,the paper expounds the relevant policies of Special Post Plant;promulgated by the Education Administration Department,presents the basic status quo of special post teachers in D county of H province,and takes the special post teachers in D county of H province as a sample from 2017 to 2019,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the main problems faced by teachers in special post.Through the collection,arrangement and analysis of the relevant data,the main problems of the special post teachers in d county are: the lack of professional development opportunities,the single form of professional development,the lack of professional development planning;The professional knowledge and skills of special post teachers are weak.The main reasons for the above problems are as follows: The policy of Special post plan is not perfect;the guarantee condition of education investment is not enough;the school management mechanism needs to be optimized and adjusted;and the concept of Special Post Teachers professional development needs to be changed.In view of the above-mentioned problems,this study,based on the theory of teacher professional development,explores the feasible paths of special post teachers professional development in three aspects: First,the feasible path of the system level:The country implements various;special post plan;policies,increases the special training education funds,enhances the Special Post Teachers salary treatment.Second,the feasible ways at school level: to enrich the professional development of Special Post Teachers;to improve the effectiveness of special post teachers professional training;to improve the incentive system of special post teachers evaluation;to attach importance to the construction of professional learning community.Third,the individual level of the feasible path: Special Post teachers to establish awareness of career planning;Special Post Teachers to improve the ability of active learning;special post teachers to become lifelong learners.
