| Home-school cooperation is a trend in education development.People gradually realize that relying on school education and social forces can bear the important responsibility of youth education,especially the cooperation of family education.The mutual cooperation between the two can better promote the development of young people.Rural junior high school students are mostly left-behind children because of the withdrawal of school and family reasons,and junior high school students are in adolescence.At this age,family education and school education are indispensable for their healthy development.Therefore,this paper takes N rural junior high school as the survey object,and studies the cooperation of rural junior high schools.On the basis of discovering problems and analyzing the causes of the problems,suggestions and countermeasures that can be implemented are proposed.It is hoped that it will attract the attention of relevant departments and strive to achieve sustainable development of rural education in order to build an educational environment conducive to the healthy growth of rural junior high school students.In the introduction,the paper expounds the origin of research,research status,research significance and research methods.The text consists of four parts.The first part discusses the related concepts of rural junior high school cooperation,the theoretical basis of rural junior high school cooperation and the significance of rural junior high school cooperation.The second part finds that rural junior high school cooperation exists.The cooperation between the school and the family is passive,the content of the cooperation is not comprehensive,the mode of cooperation is relatively simple,the cooperation neglects the main role of the students,and the cooperation activities are arbitrarily large.The third part analyzes the cooperation problems of rural schools and schools in N counts from the perspectives of family,school and students.The reason is that the two schools have a lack of understanding of the meaning of cooperation,and there is a bias in the educational concept between the two schools.The development of the cooperative approach,the two sides did not correctly position the role of the students,the school lacked planning and institutional constraints.The fourth part is aimed at the above problems and reasons,and proposes that the two parties should establish a correct concept of cooperation,update the educational concept and content,expand the diversity of cooperation methods,reposition the status of students,scientific planning and cooperation activities,etc.The strategy of school cooperation issues. |
