Balanced diet,moderate exercise and ample sleep are not only the three biggest essential elements of fitness,but the premise of a good physical constitution.Research shows that dietary behaviour and physical exercise have obvious impacts on the physical fitness.But there is little research about how different sport habits affects the physical fitness among different dietary behaviour,and the internal connection among the three also remains unclear.Therefore,this research looked at the relationship between habits of physical behaviour and physical fitness among different dietary behaviour,using literature,Questionnaire survey,measurements and statistics to research their relationship crosswise.The results are as follows:(1)The dietary behaviour of undergraduates has close connection with their physical behaviour: the scores of undergraduates' habits of physical behaviour in the good eating habits group are dramatically higher than those in the bad group.(2)Comparison within the group shows that,under the premise of good dietary behavior,the male undergraduates in the good behaviour group had higher scores of grip strength,50-meter running,long standing jump,1000-meter running and standard sit-and-reach;the female undergraduates in the good behaviour group had higher scores of 50-meter running,long standing jump,sit-up and 800-meter running than those in the bad group.(3)Comparison within the group shows that,under the premise of good habits of physical behaviour,the male undergraduates in the good habits group had higher scores of 50-meter running and long standing jump;the female undergraduates in the good habits group had higher scores of grip strength,50-meter running,and 800-meter running than those in the bad group.The results showed that the physical fitness of the “double good” group was significantly better than that of the “good dietary-but bad physical habits” group,and the “good physical habits-but bad dietary” group was significantly better than the “double bad”group.In both groups of the good and bad physical behavior habits,the physical fitness of the group with good dietary behaviour was better than that of the bad group.Based on this,it is recommended that colleges and universities should conduct joint education for college students from both aspects of “diet education” and “physical education”.Diet and exercise are intermingled in terms of physical health.A balanced diet can effectively improve the efficiency of exercise.On the other hand,exercise is also beneficial to the absorption of nutrients.Under the combined effect of both,the physical constitution can be maintained and improved.
