Eating behavior is development and formed in childhood, often will last a lifetime.Healthy eating behaviors can promote children's growth and intellectual development;Unhealthy eating behavior will not only immediate influence on children's physical health, can also affect personality, psychology and so on various aspects of long-term development. Therefore, the children's eating behavior has important significance to the health of his life.On the basis of previous studies, this study of six kindergartens in Wuhan 437 4 - 6 years old children by means of questionnaire survey and case study, combining the parent questionnaire and children questionnaire on children's dietary habits, preferences,etiquette status of quantitative research.Children's eating independence needs to be strengthened in the diet; eating speed showed faster; only a few can be focused on meals; food preference is a common phenomenon; almost all the children to eat snacks, a few children eat snacks to eat meals are affected.There is a certain relationship between dietary preference and nutritional status. In the children's favorite food choices, parents and children's ideas are not the same,the children hate food, parents and children think more consistent; acid, sweet, salty, spicy,most children love the taste is sweet taste; and whether the good is easy to swallow chewing food and like children on the first whether or not the conditions.The current situation of children's diet etiquette for the following aspects: pay attention to the health of the meal before meals, know how to thanksgiving; to comply with the basic order to take meals; eating habits should be strengthened; picky eaters eat leftovers serious.Analysis of the causes of children's eating behavior,mainly related to genetic factors,children's physical and mental characteristics, the diet environment and adult rearing patterns. Parents can guide children through dietary guidance, dietary guidance for kindergarten children, guidance for parents in kindergartens, and dietary guidance for children in four aspects to improve children's dietary behaviors.
