According to the 2015 national physical health monitoring report,the physical health level of young people is declining.The strategy of "Healthy China 2030" puts forward new goals and requirements for the healthy development of students' physique.According to Healthy China 2030,more than 25 percent of the country's students will meet the physical and health standards by 2030.Physical education class is the main channel to achieve the goal of improving students' physical health level through school physical education.In the physical education class,the existence of problem behaviors seriously interferes with the normal teaching activities,and the teachers waste too much time on student management,which will seriously affect the teaching quality,and finally have a negative impact on the students' physical performance.The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between problem behaviors and physical test scores,so as to provide a corresponding basis for improving problem behaviors,improving teaching effects,and further improving students' physical health level so as to achieve the goal of25% physical test excellence rate proposed by "Healthy China 2030".This paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire survey,observation,mathematical statistics and logical induction to study the relationship between students' problem behavior in PE class and their scores in physical fitness test.The findings:1.The physical health situation of S primary school students is not optimistic,and there is a certain gap with the target of 25% excellent rate in the physical test of "Healthy China 2030".The physical fitness test results of S primary school show gender differences,and the average result of the physical fitness test of girls is higher than that of boys.2.The problem behavior of S primary school students in physical education class is common.Students of different genders and grades also show some differences in their problem behaviors in P.E.class.Physical education teachers in S primary school have a relatively outdated concept of the causes of problem behaviors,and the solutions rely on experience summary.3.There are various degrees of negative correlation between problem behavior and physical fitness test in PE classroom.Classes with more problem behaviors and less problem behaviors have different scores in various physical tests.4.The improvement and correction of problem behaviors is an important measure to improve students' physical test scores.In order to improve the overall physical test scores of primary schools,the key point is to reduce the students' problem behavior of boredom and cowardice dimension.In order to improve the standard and excellent rate of physical test in primary schools,the key point is to reduce the three dimensional problem behaviors of aggression conflict,intentionally attracting attention and resisting authority.5.Problem behavior in physical education class has a great impact on students' physical fitness test scores,which is the breakthrough point to achieve the target of 25% physical fitness test excellence rate proposed in "Healthy China 2030".Suggestions for this:1.School.It is necessary to perfect teachers' learning channels in problem behavior.Sports value education should be arranged for students;Students should be provided with sufficient practice equipment.2.Teachers.It is necessary to change the outdated cognition of problem behavior in PE classroom.We should take the initiative to strengthen systematic learning,comprehensively analyze the causes of problem behavior,and use more effective solutions.Students should be taught according to their aptitude.3.Students.To raise the awareness of the harmfulness of problem behavior and the importance of physical exercise and establish the correct value concept.
