Psychological health education in primary schools is an important part of students' quality education.Psychological counseling room is an important place and special place to undertake mental health education in schools and carry out psychological counseling activities.For weak schools with more "problematic students",scientific and rational use of school psychological counseling room can effectively carry out mental health education in primary schools,help needy students face up to their problems,solve difficulties in life and study,cultivate students' sound psychological quality,and promote students' all-round development of physical and mental health.However,there is a big deviation between the theoretical research and the actual situation at the present stage,which can not be effectively guided in the teaching practice.From the actual situation,the psychological counseling in Inner Mongolia,especially in weak primary schools and rural primary schools,is unsatisfactory.This research focuses on the investigation and study of the construction and operation of psychological counseling rooms in primary schools in Jining District,and finds out the problems.The author chooses the psychological counseling work of Xinggong Road Primary School in Jining District of Ulanqab City as the research object,and finds the following problems: lack of applicability of facilities allocation of psychological counseling room;idle resources of psychological counseling room;need to strengthen the norms of mental health class;the level of psychological counseling teachers needs to be improved,lack of practical experience;parents' lack of awareness of psychological counseling.In view of the above problems,the author analyzed the causes of the problems from three aspects: education management department,school leaders and relevant teachers,and put forward feasible countermeasures according to the actual situation in order to improve the status quo.By solving the existing problems,this study lays a foundation for further research in the future,and also provides a realistic basis for improving the energy efficiency of the primary school psychological counseling room in practical application.In order to promote the connotation of psychological counseling in weak primary schools,this study puts forward the following suggestions from the educational administration departments,schools,relevant teachers,students and students' parents:(1)Educational administration should be strengthened.(2)Schools should attach great importance to psychological counseling.(3)Teachers should make mental health an important part of education.(4)Students should be people with mental health.(5)Parents should have general knowledge of mental health.
