The Research On The Quality Evaluation Of Academic Master Degree Thesis Of Physical Institute Inner Mongolia Normal University

Graduate education is responsible for cultivating high-level talents for the country,and the dissertation is the comprehensive embodiment of the quality of graduate education.Therefore,the quality of paper reflects the quality of talent training,and paper quality is also a sign of social development civilization.The quality of physical education papers is also a sign of the improvement of physical education,which can promote the development of physical education,training and science and technology.The research purpose of this paper is to evaluate the quality of the thesis through the collected information and data,further evaluate the quality of graduate student training,and provide reference for the reform of graduate student training mode and the writing of the dissertation in the school of physical education of our university.In this paper,using the literature material method,the literature metrology,statistics and other research methods,regarding 187 academic master's degree dissertations from 2003 to 1018 of physical institute Inner Mongolia normal university as the research object,making the systematic statistics and analysis of the paper quantity,topic visualization,subject direction and paper content,research object,research method and paper quality management process.Then the paper quality is evaluated and the corresponding results are obtained.After research,this paper comes to the following conclusions:1.The number of dissertation changes in a wave pattern with time,The number of papers is directly related to the length of enrollment and the development of relevant discipline construction is basically consistent with the development of China's physical industry.At the same time,theincrease of quantity and quality of papers also promotes the teaching reform and curriculum reform2.There are many types of research in dissertation,but the research types are not balanced,mainly focusing on the current situation,countermeasures and investigation.The research of dissertation shows the regional characteristics,the research content is extensive,but the main research content is concentrated,the innovation of dissertation is insufficient.Students should be encouraged to innovate,study more problems in more fields,and choose more diverse types of research,not limited to the study of countermeasures.3.The inconsistency between the title of the paper and the research direction of the subject is obvious,and it is difficult to conduct research by students and give guidance by the tutor,which affects the quality of the dissertation.The quality and quantity of tutors should be increased under the existing discipline conditions,the existing scientific research conditions should be improved,the training mode should be reformed,the students' scientific research ability should be improved,and the research content of students' thesis should be created in line with the research direction of the discipline.4.The research objects of this paper are broad in scope,but also concentrated,mainly concentrated in the province and city level.The selection of research objects is not specified,the representativeness is not strong,and only the research objects are different,the other research contents are similar,the paper is of little value.The selection of research objects should meet the standards,and the selected objects should be more representative,so as to avoid similar contents of the paper and only replace the research objects.5.The academic dissertation uses a wide range of research methods,but still focuses on commonly used methods.Literature review method is the most frequently used method.There are few comments in literature review and few references.The use of most mathematical statistical methods does not have a detailed operation process,the investigationmethod and experimental method in the use of the process are unreasonable,the use of paper research methods can not be standardized,which is bound to affect the quality of the degree thesis.6.In the process of dissertation quality management,except for the failure to play its due role in the mid-term assessment,all other links,such as topic proposal,evaluation and defense,basically meet the requirements and play a role in supervision and guarantee of thesis quality.Master degree theses of master of our school's sports college academic basic meets the requirement of a master's degree thesis,but overall a dissertation quality and value is not good,there are still many problems,we need to improve the system of courses,teachers,teaching reform,thesis writing and so on to promote the quality of paper,expand the school influence.
