Research On The Construction Of Academic Exchange System For Academic Masters Of Harbin Institute Of Physical Education

China is becoming a modern sports power from an early big one. And in this process,developing high-level personnel for physical culture is of vital importance. In China, improving the quality of developing physical education graduates is very important especially because graduates are the main part of high-level personnel for physical culture. During the process of developing graduates, carrying out academic exchanges activities widely and effectively is principle pathway for improving scientific research and innovation ability of physical education graduates. In this research, problems were analyzed which consisted in carrying out academic exchanges activities in the process of developing physical education graduates in Harbin Institute of Physical Education, and effective exchange system, platform and operating mechanism were established.Main study contents are as follows.(1)Research findings with regard to academic exchange activities during the process of developing physical education graduates in China were analyzed, induced and summarized by analyzing documents and materials, and then current situation of research on interrelated contents were obtained;(2) By means of literature data and logical analysis, the specific connotation and evaluation index of scientific research and innovation ability of sports graduate students were analyzed, and the function of academic exchange activities in training scientific research and innovation ability was also analyzed. And then the related analysis of academic exchange activities and training scientific research basic skills and innovation ability were carried out;(3) The correlative indexes of basic skills of academic and scientific research and innovation ability of the Master Degree students from 2011 to 2013 of Harbin Institute of Physical Education were investigated and analyzed by the method of investigation and statistical analysis. The existing academic exchange activities of Harbin Institute of Physical Education were analyzed, and the relevant contents were compared with Beijing Sport University.The current situation of academic exchange activities system of Harbin Institute of Physical Education was analyzed;(4) With existing academic exchange activities andexperiences of participating research practices of Master Degree Graduates in Harbin Institute of Physical Education as the foundation, and by using existing practical experiences of academic exchange activities in domestic and international various levels technical and comprehensive universities and colleges as a source of reference,system of academic exchange activities of physical education graduate for Harbin Institute of Physical Education was built combined with its own characteristics and regional features;(5) In order to promote the effective development of academic exchange activities for physical education graduates, the operating procedures,management system and matched incentive measures were built.Main study conclusions are as follows.(1)Current in the process of training physical education graduate students is less, and perfect academic exchange activity system is deficient;(2) The relationship between basic skills of academic and scientific research, innovation ability and academic exchange activities is correlative;(3) Graduates’ basic skills of academic and scientific research is feeble, and innovation ability has much room for improvement. And existing system of academic exchange activity in Harbin Institute of Physical Education is imperfect;(4) The multi-level system of academic exchange activity was established for graduate students in Harbin Institute of Physical Education.“General intramural academic contest” in this system with the "1-3-6-2" mode is focal point;(5) The specific activity flow and corresponding management system in academic exchange activities system were put forward, and the methods of matched incentive for prizewinning graduate students were analyzed.The research conclusions will lay a theoretical and practical foundation for physical education graduates to participate in various level academic exchange activities and research practice of supervisors. And then, academic consciousness and basic skills of academic and scientific of Master Degree graduates will be improved and stimulated actively. Finally, ability of academic and scientific research and innovation of graduate students will be increased which will promote students to transform into academic and science practical type. At the same time, conclusions will provide theoretical and practical references for educating and training physicaleducation graduate students in China, and will provide studying direction for interrelated research.
