Graduate education is an important part of the national innovation system,and graduate students are the backbone of academic research,and they should shoulder the responsibility and mission of promoting the national scientific research.Academic master students from universities in Guizhou Province are not only the reserve force to promote scientific research in Guizhou Province,but also play an important role in the improvement of scientific research capacity in Guizhou Province.Through the data collation of the questionnaire,the average interval estimation method is used to discuss the current situation of academic ability of academic graduate students.The following conclusions are drawn: the academic ability of academic master's degree in Guizhou province is general as a whole,the academic innovation ability is the lowest,and the ability to solve problems is the second.There is no difference between gender and academic ability,there are differences between grade and academic ability,there are differences between professional category and academic ability,there are significant differences between school category and academic ability,whether to adjust,whether there are differences between cross-professional and academic ability.And according to the data,the individual and school,tutor factors have an impact on academic ability.It mainly shows the motivation of reading and research,the participation in academic activities,the funding and reward of the school,the requirements of the tutor to the students,and the frequency of guidance between the tutor and the students on academic issues.And according to the problem and influence factors from the individual,school,tutor three levels put forward the following countermeasures: personal aspects,lay a solid theoretical foundation,guide self-reflection,actively participate in academic activities,cultivate interest in learning.In terms of learning,enhance students' interest in learning,increase opportunities for academic exchange activities,strengthen the construction of mentors,and expand the coverage of rewards and grants.Mentors,to ensure the appropriate frequency of guidance,improve the guidance content and timely adjustment,strengthen the academic interaction between mentors and students.
