In order to promote the inheritance and development of traditional national sports, government has issued a series of relevant policies, which has brought new opportunities for the development of health Qigong.Health Qigong is a traditional national sport which combines physical activity, breathing, and psychological adjustment. It is suitable for people of all ages to practice. With the punishment of relevant policies, the number of registered Health Qigong sites and practitioners in the Inner Mongolia has increased year by year. After the former Inner Mongolia Health Qigong management center was renamed Inner Mongolia Social Sports Service Center, the number of social sports events has increased, and the jurisdiction of center has expanded. It leads that the concentration of promoting Qigong has been broken. So,it is particularly important to strengthen management of Health Qigong sites.Through investigating the operation mechanism of the Health Qigong sites in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this article finds a set of appropriate management system to promote the positive operation of Health Qigong sites in the Autonomous Region, encourage the development and expansion of traditional Chinese culture, build harmonious society, improve the popularity of the Health Qigong, and provide the methods of fitness and preservation. The methodology of this article is taking the leaders and practitioners of some Health Qigong sites in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the objects of investigations, using the document literature, questionnaire, expert interview,on the spot investigation and mathematical statistics to analyse dynamic mechanism, development mechanism, guarantee mechanism, information exchange mechanism and restraint mechanism of some Health Qigong site registered in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.By collecting and analysing data, the following conclusion are drawn:1.The number of registered stations in the Autonomous Region is increasing year by year;more female practitioners than male;unbalanced distribution of age,the middle-aged and elderly people are mostly;the Health Qigong promoted with the help of Taijiquan, and now the promotion is wider;leaders are responsible for the role of instructors and other stations.2.The dynamic mechanisms of site operation include endogenous power and exogenous power.Endogenous power is the needs of trainees and the exogenous power is the leadership and working ability of leaders.3.The development mechanism of site operation "Six Jin" introduces Health Qigong to different fields,so that people from different professions can participate in it.The competition activities and training mechanism provide opportunities for trainees to participate, but few training penetrates into the grass-roots sites.4.The safeguard mechanism of site operation is the safeguard of site facilities, funds and personnel. The training venues of Health-care Qigong sites are mainly outdoors;the source of funds is limited;instructorsin sites can not meet the needs of practitioners.5.The information exchange mechanism of site operation includesinternal and external liaison. The internal contact of the site is realized by Wechat, and the practitioners in the site have little contact with theoutside.6.Constraint mechanism of site operation: 14.8% of the sites established written site management charter to restrict the behavior of trainees,85.2% of the them did not have written management charter.Suggest:1.Government departments set standards for venue venues and coordinate the use rate of venues2.Strengthen the training of key strengths and increase the opportunities for training at the grassroots level.3.Broaden the source of funds and create a tourism-leisure-health route4.Increase the holding of international events and build a bridge for excellent cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.
