Research On The Status Investigation And Training Mechanism Of Basketball Referees In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Basketball has widely spread and rapidly developed with its unique charm in the world,and it also fully demonstrated the tenacity and vitality of human life with its characters of confrontation,competition,which made the public pay more attention on basketball.With the deepening of internationalization,professionalism,commercialization of basketball,and with the increase in basketball events,also the confrontation is increasingly fierce,all these made the status and role of referees increasingly attracted attention,higher and more complex requirements are required to the referee's comprehensive ability.The overall development of basketball in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is relatively slow,the training and development of referees is even in a stagnation phenomenon,and there is a big gap between the number of high-level basketball referees in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and that in other national more advanced provinces and cities;The structure of ages also appears serious fault,due to the lack of perfect training mechanism,the status of basketball referees have been unable to meet the growing basketball.In order to fully understand the status and problems of basketball referees in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,this paper puts forward the opinions on constructing the training mechanism of basketball referees in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Hoping to contribute to the development of basketball and the level of basketball referees in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and also hope to provide relevant theoretical basis for The sustainable development of Basketball Referees in some areas.In this paper,through the investigation on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region basketball referee team at present,after the analysis of the basic situation,the conclusions are as follows:The number of the referees above the first level in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are too few.From the survey situation,the number of national level referee and above is 31,and only 1 is Female;the proportion of male and female is in serious imbalance;due to the differences in urban economic development that results in referee distribution imbalance in different areas.According to the requirements of the Chinese Basketball Association,the national and international referees must be under 35 years old.In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the number of basketball referees at the level and above is less,and most referees are of age of more than 35 years.Due to the age restrictions,there is no way to promote to a higher level,which also limits the overall level of our regional basketball referee improvement and development,there appears basketball referee age fault,the junior referee base is larger.From the work that the basketball referee engaged in in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Most of them are sports workers,and most of the basketball referee primary training units are early college sports department.According to the survey,during the latest 5 years,there has not organized a referee training and assessment work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the entire referees training work is in a stagnant stage.From the perspective of the knowledge structure of the basketball referee in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the overall level of education is higher,but the overall level of English is relatively low,which limits the referee to the national and international level of improvement and development.Due to the lack of perfect system of basketball referee training mechanism and the attention of relevant departments,the referee training work seems difficult.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region cities should take the initiative toundertake some high level of basketball events,such as the application of the Chinese University Basketball Association(CUBA)Northwest Division of the game which can not only provide more referee opportunities for the referee in the region,but also to promote the development of the city's urban economy.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should put right to university which have college of physical education,using the advantages of training basketball referees In college,popularize primary referees and jointly with the Basketball Association to train a referee.Solve some specific problems that outstanding two referees can not be promoted to a higher level and so on.Through the establishment of a set of perfect system of basketball referee training mechanism and specific implementation plan to strengthen the training of basketball referees.Promote the development of regional basketball and competition,while promoting the development of urban economy.The sports department strengthens the emphasis on the training of basketball referees,at the same time,establishment of Double-level Talent Database of Colleges and Basketball Association to do a good job of protection.Strengthen students' emphasis on English through the guidance,publicity and encouragement of the way,and strengthen the ability to use English.Playing a good foundation for a higher level of promotion,better with international standards.
