The research on teachers career development is being paid more and more attentions by the researchers of educational theory and educational policy,and it also has a profound influence on every teacher.The key to the reform of basic physics education is physics teachers,and to better promote the career development of physics teachers is an important guarantee for the reform of education.Therefore,based on the thinking in the work,combined with the actual situation in the region,and guided by the teacher career development theory and psychological theory,we have compiled the questionnaire on the career development of physics teachers in junior middle schools in Zalute banner,the outline of interviews with physics teachers and school administrators to make an in-depth investigation on the career development of physics teachers in six junior middle schools in this region.This paper focuses on the five aspects of physics teachers' including team structure,professional ability,occupational security,professional spirit and factors affecting their career development,in order to provide ideas for promoting the career development of physics teachers in Zalute banner junior middle school and to put forward targeted countermeasures.This paper is divided into the following five parts.The background of the question,the theoretical and practical significance of this paper,and the ideas,methods and objects of the research are firstly summarized in the introduction of Chapter One.The relevant theories and research status are followed in Chapter Two.The concept of teacher career development is defined by reading literature review,and then the theoretical basis of the research is clarified,and the research status at home and abroad are illustrated.The investigation and analysis part is in the Chapter Three.Through the way of questionnaire and interviews,107 physics teachers in 6 junior high schools are surveyed,as well as to the part of physics teachers and school administrators.By using the Excel and SPSS statistical software,the data of five factors including teacher structure,professional ability,professional guarantee,professional spirit and professional development to influence the outcome of factors in five aspects are analyzed.Some problems and reasons are summarized in Chapter Four,in which five aspects are summarized including the structural imbalance of physics teachers,the low professional quality,the ineffective satisfaction of material needs,the weak occupational attraction and the weak sense of self-development,respectively.In Chapter Five,some countermeasures are given,which main aim at the professional development of physics teachers in Zalute banner junior middle school from three aspects of the government,schools and physics teachers themselves,respevtively.
