Senior high school physics teacher's professional development has with the implementation of the new curriculum reform due to participate in physical education teaching workers all the extensive concern, and put into a positive research. This research mainly through the questionnaire and interview two ways to high school physics teacher surrounding counties in Chengdu. From the survey it is found than most of the senior high school physics teacher education reform are the consciousness, lifelong learning ideological cognition and solid knowledge of the subject, but after the process of professional growth of on-the-job on scientific culture and cultural aspects of literacy, experimental design and innovation of education concept, in professional ideals, physics frontier science and technology, physics disciplines associated with other disciplines the lack of knowledge to teachers puzzled. And show on the professional development training mode rejection, boredom. Therefore, this paper combining foreign advanced experience and the cultivation of domestic post-career education status quo, focusing on school, put forward the physics of learning team preparing for, create perfect for physics teacher professional development school evaluation mechanism, creating physical teacher professional development of physical environment to strengthen the senior high school physics teacher professional development pace. |
