Classroom observation and assessment is one of the important ways for teachers to improve their teaching level. It is also an indispensable part in the educational practice of graduate students majoring in pedagogy. The teaching level can be improved through classroom observation and assessment together with exchanges of experience, discussions of teaching methods and display of teaching art with front-line teachers.More importantly, through classroom observation and assessment,we can explore the issues of teaching and learning, optimize the teaching design and improve the teaching quality.Classroom observation and assessment has always been an important means for the growth and development of young teachers, and it is also a vital part of Master’s degree education in normal colleges and universities.By classroom observation of other experienced teachers and obtaining their guidance, young teachers and masters of education can enrich their experience and grow rapidly. If someone only gets a teacher’s teaching process, teaching methods and teaching methods after classroom observation and assessment, the essence does not be obtained. As a result,if young teachers and masters of education do not master certain methods, they may be ineffective in classroom observation and assessment. These classroom observation often ignore a key issue, that is,issues of teaching and learning.Issues of teaching and learning which require certain experience to master accurately is often a stumbling block in the growth of young teachers.Combined with the author’s own subject, this thesis studies the issues of physics teaching and learning in junior middle school in classroom observation. The purpose of this thesis is to improve one’s own teaching skills and reduce the teaching errors in teaching physics concepts and laws by collecting, sorting out and solving the issues of physics teachingand learning in junior middle school which may make the author quickly become a junior high school physics teacher and gradually experienced. This study adopts three research methods: literature research, action research and interview.First, through the literature research method, this paper makes a more comprehensive study on the connotation, characteristics and research status at home and abroad of physics teaching and learning problems and classroom observation in junior high school, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the later practice. Then,in the teaching practice stage, the author uses the action research method and the interview method, experienced the lesson preparation, discovered the issues of physics teaching and learning in junior middle school, interviewed with the front-line teacher, summarized the enlightenment, improved the teaching design and repeated the above series of processes. Some issues of teaching and learning are found in the chapters of mechanical movement, sound phenomenon, physical state change, light phenomenon, lens and its application, quality and density in the eighth grade of junior high school. In this paper, the imaging law of convex lens and the measurement of density are taken as examples. Finally, the students in different learning stages were interviewed and the correct answer rate of key question types was analyzed. In conclusion,by solving the issues of physics teaching and learning in junior middle school and improving the teaching design, the author’s abilities of teaching and breaking through the important and difficult points are improved, the author’s teaching design is perfected, and the author’s teaching experience is enriched. This study optimizes students’ classroom learning and improves the correct answer rate of homework.
