It is because the role of teacher transform from the imparting of knowledge to the learning facilitator which requires the teachers having more teaching skills to guide the student to carry on the independent inquiry with the new curriculum reform. Effective classroom observation can provide the theoretical basis on improving the teachers' teaching skills. Thus, we are going to draw up the classroom observation table using a series of methods such as classroom observation research, applied literature method and case study method.We are going to research on the following aspects:1. We will make a preliminary understanding of the current situation of classroom observation at home and abroad by reviewing relevant literature. We select the LICC paradigm model as the theoretic basis for the table compilation. We choose the Flanders interaction analysis research method as the tool to investigate the language teachers' perspective.2. According to the five perspectives of teachers' teaching dimensions based on LICC paradigm, we are going to draw up the physics classroom observation table based on the teaching perspective after considering the New Curriculum Reform.3. We will show a complete classroom observation application case using a physics classroom observation table application case. It will enhance the understanding of teaching table and the data analysis.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Combined with the LICC paradigm of the teacher teaching dimensions and the new curriculum requirements of the physics teachers teaching skills, we make the preparation of classroom observation table which is suitable for the middle school physics teachers. Our study solve the problem of the observation scale which without the subjects' characteristics and further enrich the research results of the classroom observation table.2. We promote cooperation among teachers through the classroom observation based on the steps observed in LICC paradigm. This solves the questions of visiting and evaluating a class.3. We will apply our study in reality teaching and make observation record of a class to validate of the scientificity, operational and reliability and validity.It is a great innovation point in this research that combined FIAS with LICC paradigm by the author. It provides the basis for the integrated application of other classroom observation. At the same time, it provides the reference value of self-developed observation scale for teachers and the reliable observation tools and effective reference for the future of the physical classroom observations. It has played an important role to a certain extent to other disciplines in enlightening classroom observation.The significance of this study are as follows:1. The program of high school physics teachers'classroom teaching observation scale provides reliable observation tools and effective reference for the future of the physical classroom observations. It have played an important role in enlightening classroom observation to a certain extent to other disciplines.2.,It is a great innovation of classroom observation point to combine FIAS with LICC. This point provides the basis for the integrated application of other classroom observation.3. Using LICC paradigm to observe classroom cultivates the teachers'spirit of cooperation, promotes each other, makes progress together and creates cohesive team of high quality education.4. According to observation, observers put forward opinions and suggestions to observable. It effectively strengthens the middle school physics teachers basic teaching skills and improves the quality of physical education teaching in China.Based on the physical classroom observation of teacher's teaching dimension scale provides a reference value for teachers' independent development observation scale. In view of the special background, this observation scale is applicable to the new curriculum reform under the background of physics classroom teaching observation.
