Social Work Participation In The Study Of Suitable Adult Work

The problem of juvenile delinquency has become a recognized social problem.It not only threatens the development of social economy,but also interferes with social stability.It also affects the long-term development of the country to a certain extent.With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up policy and the continuous development of China's Internet technology,a large number of network information "garbage" and network "negative energy" elements can easily affect the development of physical and mental health and are still in a very unsound minor.Due to personal factors,social environmental factors and the interaction between individuals and the social environment,in recent years,juvenile crimes in our country have shown that the age of crime is small,the quality of criminal minors is high,and criminal means are diversified and highly technical.Characteristics and trends of violent crime and gang nature.The social reality of juvenile delinquency is the basis for social work to protect the legitimate rights and interests of juvenile offenders,and the system and mechanism of social work involved in appropriate adults have been innovated and developed to varying degrees.The purpose of this study is to systematically define appropriate adult participation systems,describe the characteristics of current juvenile delinquency,and analyze the personal factors and social and environmental factors of minors involved in crimes in A city from theperspective of social work.The interaction model between social environments to analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency.At the same time,this study will also compare and analyze the performance and work efficiency of suitable adults who are not suitable for adults,non-socially suitable adults and criminals involved in criminal proceedings involving minors,and study the appropriate adult for social work.Advantages and values,from the three levels of social work intervention to suitable adults,including work principles,functions,role interpretation feasibility,based on the above research,to explore the needs of social workers and related staff involved in appropriate adult work Knowledge and skills,and reflect on the participation of appropriate social systems and measures in social work in City A and study countermeasures.
