Nowadays the problem of juvenile delinquency has become one of the major social problems and the world are facing widespread attention. Our advocated building a socialist harmonious society, the common development of material civilization and spiritual civilization today, youth crime is a major issue that we need to solve. However, with the development and reform of the system, treatment of juvenile crime is not confined to full-time staff of the judiciary, judicial intervention in social work but also for the judicial system to inject fresh blood. It shares the power of professional social intervention for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, reducing the chance of recidivism, reintegration and help young people plays an important role to increase the degree of social inclusion, etc. on it. Firstly, from the perspective of social justice work, combined with the social work profession theory, by necessity juvenile delinquency juvenile delinquency status, research the causes of crime and juvenile justice system to explore our justice social work intervention.
