In recent years,job burnout,as an increasingly prominent occupational disease in the modern occupational field,has aroused widespread concern in society.Our country has gradually entered the high incidence stage of job burnout.The phenomenon of job burnout generally appears in all occupational fields of society,especially in the industries where people are the main service objects.Nurses for orphans and disabled children are the backbone force to promote the development of welfare and ensure the healthy life of orphans and disabled children,and mothers of similar families should be one of them.However,due to heavy workload,low social status,unsatisfactory treatment,emotional consumption and other reasons,more and more nurses are suffering from occupational burnout.The study of job burnout of family mothers is not only conducive to the construction of nurses for orphans and disabled children,but also conducive to the development and stability of children's welfare in China.This study aims to intervene in the maternal burnout of family welfare institutions,mainly based on ecosystem theory and cognitive behavior theory,using literature research,interviews,observations,and case studies as the main methods,in a case-by-case manner.Analysis and intervention of family-age mothers' burnout.The author follows the social work ethics code,uses the methods of observation,interview,and burnout scale measurement in five-family households in child welfare institutions,expounds the current status of family maternity in child welfare institutions,and analyzes the causes of occupational burnout.The author uses case work skills to provide services for family-type mother B Auntie and family-type mother X Auntie.Through interviews and using the burnout scale pre-install,they are involved in problem analysis and needs assessment,and then from the intervention effect and goal achievement.To evaluate the case.Finally,the author rethinks the case intervention of family-age mothers' job burnout according to specific practice,and puts forward countermeasures.
