Research On The Child Development Welfare In China

Along with the development of human society, children have been given much concern by the international society, more and more researches on child-development and child-welfare transforms from the survival right and the healthy right to many aspects for the children's development. While concerning about the future affect of children's development and welfare, people also began to pay attention to raising the self-welfare of children.However, theories and policies on child-welfare still paused in a limited sense to protect the child survival and healthy rights in our country. The child-welfare policies, the laws and regulations disperse without guide on theories and practices, lacking stability and feasibility. The child-welfare service and management system, especially the coordination mechanism is disordered. In view of these problems, China should as soon as possible form the development-oriented child-welfare system in aspects of theory, policy and implementation to promote physical and mental development of Chinese children.Problem sets off with the standard analytic method, the literature analytic method and data-analysis method from the generalized definition of child-welfare to analyze the elementary theories of child development welfare, to limit the concept of child development welfare, to summarize the existing child-welfare theories and other related questions, and then obtain the child development welfare theory and the policy system which adapt to Chinese children. Moreover, by analyzing the problems and their reasons which present policies system and the services structure exist from the practice angle, this article submit concrete proposals and measures on how to advocate diversified child development concept, how to introduce and develop policies, laws and regulations on child development welfare, and how to improve child-welfare management system and evaluation mechanism.
