Research On The Care Of "Family Like" Incomplete Children Under The Welfare Institution

Welfare institutions are important carriers of welfare in our country,and children's welfare institutions play a key role in children's welfare services,which is the last "safety net" to protect the rights of disabled children.Every year,November 20 is "international children's day",the international and domestic highly values the development of children,our country is more focused on the development of welfare undertakings,at the same time,China attaches great importance to solving the social problems of the disabled children,paying special attention to the basic rights and interests in the life,medical treatment,rehabilitation,education and other aspects of the disabled children,adhering to the principle of "maximization of children's interests".On November 20,2017,the ministry of civil affairs has pointed out that the basic rights and interests of children in the Welfare home can be basically guaranteed by the children's institutions in China.The United Nations convention on the rights of the child argues that the best place for children to grow and develop is a family or a family-like environment.Located in the children's welfare home in the central area of Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu city,special attention is paid to the social problems of growth and development of the children alone,to ensure the basic rights of the children with the right to be alone,and to be the center of the children to be a single children,to insist on the people-oriented,the humanitarian spirit and the overall rescue work.The children's welfare home in Wulanchabu city is aware of the practicability and superiority of " family like".The "family like" care model advocates humanistic care and focuses on the importance of family to the development of orphan children.In July 2014,the "family like" caremode was introduced for the first time,and the care experience of advanced "family like" in China and abroad was drawn.In combination with the specific situation of the disabled children in the Welfare home,the "family like" care mode of the children's welfare home in Wulanchabu city was created.In chapter 1,this chapter introduces the development of international and Chinese "family like",and focuses on the introduction of "family like" in three groups of children's welfare institutions in Wulanchabu city,from the recruitment,screening,physical examination,interview and training of "parents like",the investigation of "children like",and the living conditions.In chapter 2,this chapter focuses on the family's reconstruction of the family functions,and the social interaction of children with their parents,their relationships,their daily care,their interactions with their parents,the education,and the social interaction.This paper discusses the changes of parents and children after they enter into the "family like",and the attachment of children to their parents.In chapter 3,this chapter through the influence of the institution of "family like" to provide supportive and carries on the analysis of limitation,in view of the limitations,in the fourth chapter to create "parents like" society participation way and to strengthen the professional and family counselors play professional social work.In chapter 4,welfare institutions have established three groups of "families like",and have conducted professional evaluation on "family like" based on welfare institutions,including the "family like" environment and the physical and mental health status of "children like",and put forward relevant Suggestions,and tried to draw out from the welfare institution,so that more disabled children can feel the warmth of the family,contact the society,and create practical Suggestions for the integration mechanism of "community like" service,which emphasizes the professional value of social work,and the professional methods andskills of social work are infiltrated into the development of "family like" and "community".
