Research On The Empowerment Of The Simulated Family Mother In The Child Welfare Institution

Strengthening welfare services for special groups is one of the important contents of soc ial civilization construction.To civil administration system as the research field,this study based on the H city,the child welfare agencies in the concrete practice of the simulated family experience,exploration organizations simulate family mother energized practice path,is put forward on the basis of the child welfare agencies simulation family structure building,emotional practice as the principle,method,systematic service strategy for increasing mode.With the continuo us improvement of the child welfare system,the do mestic child welfare institutions have expe rienced the transformation from singl e relief rearing to the comprehensive development of "nourishing,treating,teaching and security".The parenting style is also more diversified,and a variety of family suppo rt services suc h as "simulated family" have been gradually explored.The so-called "simulated family" refers to the selection of a loving couple to form a family together with the lonely a nd d isabled children through recruitment,evaluation,matching and training.The "simulated family" plays a positive role in providing emotional attachment for the children with autism and disability,and at the same time it is confronted with many de velop mental difficulties,such as deviated role division,unclear power relationship and disordered family structure.The mother of simulated family is an impo rtant pa rticipa nt and executor in the simulated family project.Her special status in the implementation of the simulated family project is an important part of the smooth operation of the project.Through in-depth interviews with five simulated families in child welfare institutions in H city,it is found that the mother in the simulated family is in the dual dilemma of objective po werless state and subjective powerless sense,and needs to increase energy.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the solidification of care respo nsibility and institutional constraints form the decline of mother power in the simulated family;In the simulated family,couples,native children,foster children and other roles interact with each other,forming a complex emotional paradox.As a special field of family and work,it is easy to de viate from the emotiona l role and task goa l.Simulate the insufficient support of internal family members and external environment.This study,relationships,emotions from analog power within the family,three lines status within the family structure,combing the system simulation to simulate a family mother competency orientation as the goa l,take life as this for the idea,construct the steady simulation family relationship between internal structure and external resources and environment,put forward to simulate family mother "inc reases the power,energized,and the concrete practice of the strategy: the assignment by right and right rege neration implementation increases the po wer and ability to work through ascension and life ability to energized,through combing family relationships and professional ties and implementation,achieve fina lly mother's ability to consciously simulate family.
