2018.The questions and content as well as the content not covered in the questionnaire were thoroughly understood, explored and supplemented.During the investigation of rural kindergartens, through interviews with kindergarten teachers and parents and observation of children entering the park, the problems of communication between rural left-behind children's homes were mainly concentrated in the following aspects: 1.Communication intentions of teachers and parents Not strong.2.The content of communication between teachers and parents is inconsistent.3.The communication strategy is a single light effect for teachers and parents.Through interviews with kindergarten teachers and parents, the researchers deeply understand and analyze, from the communication elements and influencing factors, summed up the reasons for the communication problems of rural left-behind kindergarten teachers and parents: the main body of communication, the concept of parenting of teachers and parents has a difference. In terms of communication barriers, teachers and parents have insufficient energy during their busy hours. In communication media, teachers and parents cannot flexibly choose effective communication methods.According to the current situation of rural left-behind children's homes, the researchers put forward suggestions on improving the communication status of rural left-behind children's homes from three aspects: First, teachers should improve communication skills and adjust communication strategies for family needs.Secondly, parents should change the concept of parenting and implement the growth of communication assistants. Finally, kindergartens should create communication opportunities and carry out parent-child activities to promote home exchanges.Through this research, the researchers' biggest insight is that effective communication requires agreement between the two parties.Different roles need to have the same foothold or destination in order to achieve a consistent goal.Teachers and parents should take the development of children's physical and mental health as the starting point and the foothold. They should not only stay in the full-fledged,warm-sleeved communication.More attention to children's social development and exchanges and sharing of childcare experience. When both parties can proceed for the same purposeimprove communication skills, adjust communication strategies according to needs, and reach an agreement, the meaning of communication arises.
