Thematic curriculum has become one of the important trends in the reform of kindergarten curriculum model.The formation of thematic curriculum is formed by the interaction between teachers,children and events.It is characterized by the exploration of teachers and children or children and children together to help children build their knowledge.The form of thematic curriculum is the activities generated by the daily interaction between teachers and children in the classroom.It is no longer a special activity starting from the logical structure and starting point of the discipline itself,but an educational content in various fields integrated into the integrated curriculum centering on the life of children.Of this study is based on a public kindergarten in Taiwan area,through purposeful sampling method to select a group of three teacher and the class kindergarten as the research object,use of natural observation method,interview method and case analysis of large theme of curriculum implementation,discusses the analysis of the current situation of teachers were emphatically discussed in the target formulation,choice of content,organization form and carry out the present situation of the curriculum implementation process description,sums up the characteristics of the subject curriculum in Taiwan,provide a reference for mainland theme kindergarten curriculum effective implementation.Firstly,interviews were conducted with teachers in large classes from the three aspects of the goal,content and organizational form of the theme curriculum.In terms of goal formulation,teachers made the overall goal of the curriculum by referring to the curriculum outline,and then made specific activity goals according to children's development level.In the selection of content teachers and children around the theme of the core topic to carry out "brainstorming";Starting from children's interest point,make value judgment;Combine children's experience and interest to form the theme network diagram;In the form of course organization,"group discussion" and "study area group study" supplement each other.Secondly,in the specific implementation of the theme curriculum,the orientation of loyalty and mutual adaptation are adjusted to each other.The implementation methods mainly include teaching activities,learning area activities,outdoor activities and extension activities.The type of curriculum evaluation is formative evaluation and summative evaluation.The content of evaluation is to pay attention to children's learning abilityand the achievement of teaching objectives.Thirdly,this paper describes and analyses the current situation of the implementation of the theme curriculum in large classes by using the observation method,and concludes that the characteristics of the implementation of the theme curriculum in large classes are as follows: the design of the theme curriculum attaches importance to the interaction between children and the environment,the local social culture;the implementation of the curriculum pays attention to the learning ability of children,the latest development area of children;and the evaluation of the curriculum pays attention to the reflective ability of teachers.The factors influencing the implementation of kindergartens include kindergarten management level,teachers,children,and the external factors of kindergartens include parents and other social factors.Through interviews with teachers,we know that the puzzles encountered in the implementation of large-class thematic courses are: 1.It is not easy to collect textual data of myths and stories;2.It is difficult to grasp children's interests and cognition;3.Teachers' teaching experience is insufficient.Finally,through reviewing relevant literature,it is found that the development trend of kindergarten theme curriculum in Taiwan is as follows: 1.Strengthening the operability of curriculum standards;2.Combining local culture;3.Attach importance to parents' participation.According to the development of kindergarten theme curriculum implementation in Taiwan,the enlightenments for kindergarten theme curriculum implementation in mainland China are as follows: 1.Emphasizing children's practical experience and sharing children's theme works;2.Emphasizing teachers' reflective ability;3.Emphasizing the surrounding environment resources to expand the diversity of teaching resources;4.Establishing democratic,equal and harmonious teacher-child relationship.
