Research On The Construction Of Sports Service System In Guangxi Automobile Tourism Camp

Under the driving environment of the self-driving tourism market,the increasing number of self-driving tourists and the promotion of a large number of national policy documents,a large number of car tourism camps have been encouraged and built throughout the country to meet the increasing demand for self-driving tourists.On the basis of satisfying the basic elements of tourists' food,clothing,housing and transportation,the camp constructs a corresponding service system,especially the sports service system in the camp.It is important to meet the changing travel needs of visitors.Guangxi area started the construction of self-driving caravan camps earlier in China.In 2009,Guangxi took the lead in introducing the local standard Classification and Evaluation of Star Ratings for Automobile Tourism Camps.Using this assessment standard,it has now selected 6 four-star level car tourist camps,many three-star and two-star level car tourist camps.While actively constructing and developing automobile tourism camps,Guangxi constantly regulates camp construction and service management,which greatly promotes the development of self-driving tourism in Guangxi.In summary,in order to respond to the necessity of building sports activities in camps mentioned in the national policy document Automobile Driving Camp Development Plan,and in combination with the current background of Guangxi smart tourism construction,it is very necessary for Guangxi to build a sports service system in car tourism camp so as to promote the sustainable development of sports tourism in Guangxi.Using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,field survey method and logic analysis method,this research is to study the sports service system of Guangxi automobile tourism camp.Under the guidance of the service system construction system,public sports service system,and diversified national fitness service system,the current development of self-driving tourism in Guangxi and the construction of automobile tourism camps,the construction management standards for automobile tourism camps,the background of self-driving tour management service specifications,carcampsite development conditions and requirements,etc.,on the gradual standardization of camp management services,this study conducts a questionnaire survey,field visits and interviews on the current status of sports services in five selected automobile tourist camps in Guangxi.It aims to understand the basic situation of current sports facilities construction,sports project construction,sports event competition,sports service management,sports service personnel,sports information publicity,visitor participation and participation reasons,types of sports participated by tourists and so on.It provides a realistic basis for the construction of the sports service system of Guangxi automobile tourism camp.Through questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,it is found that the current problems in sports service of Guangxi automobile tourism camp mainly include the followings: the construction of entertainment projects has not reached the star rating standard;the improvement of sports facilities is not high;the construction of sports events is insufficient;the quality of sports services is not high and it has a single organizational form;sports service management and publicity efforts are not strong.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of sports services in camps,promote the sustainable development of camps and develop towards the sports complex,this study starts from the profitability of camp operations management and learns about the construction and development of car travel camps.Based on the previous studies on the construction of tourism service system,automobile travel service system and sports service system,the author understands the latest research trends,the guidance of system theory,service quality management theory,and experience economic theory,through learning and drawing on the successful experience and practices of the construction of the relevant tourism service system and related sports service system.Analyzing the main problems existing in the current sports service of Guangxi automobile tourism camp,this study has constructed a sports service system for Guangxi automobile tourism camp which includes sports service management,sports service supply,sports service production,sports service content,sports service information,sports service guarantee and sports service evaluation system.This study also proposes and analyzes the subsystems of each part in the system,aiming to provide practical and feasible solutions for the improvement of the quality of sports services in Guangxi automobile tourism camp.
