In the 21 st century,mankind is entering a new era of knowledge economy.The development of social economy is increasingly dependent on the generation,dissemination and application of knowledge.Social change poses a serious challenge to the current educational methods of colleges and universities.The problem that vocational colleges urgently need to solve is what kind of teaching methods should be adopted to enable students to actively acquire knowledge,flexibly master and skillfully apply.With the introduction of the simulation company's teaching mode,new research directions appear in the process of teaching reform in vocational colleges.As a low-cost,high-efficiency and innovative teaching method,the simulation company teaching can effectively alleviate the problems of insufficient construction of professional training fields such as finance,trade,business and service,and difficult training outside the school.Students take different positions in the simulation company's teaching environment,appreciate different company roles,and independently carry out vocational skills training and professional quality training.Students experience the whole process of business operation,and their professional awareness and professional ability are improved.Based on the contradiction between supply and demand in the employment of middle school secretarial students,in order to improve the teaching effect of the professional secretarial training class in the middle school,the thesis introduces the simulation of the company's teaching mode into the middle school secretarial training class,and conduct an experimental study on the teaching model.(1)Background and issues.From the inevitability of the vocational education teaching mode,the necessity of paying attention to the professional training about secretarial profession in the middle school and the feasibility of the simulation company in the practical training,the research background is discussed.The research problem lies in the influence of traditional teaching mode.Most of the secretarial teachers in secondary vocational schools are limited to teaching professional knowledge and skills according to the teaching materials and curriculum requirements.Skills training in the practical training class is linked to the research.Whenstudents go out of school and find a job,they find that their professional knowledge and basic skills can't solve the practical problems they face in their positions.Moreover,the secondary vocational secretarial profession faces problems such as tight internship funding,less opportunities for extracurricular practice,and difficulty in training opportunities within the school.Many problems lead to poor training results.(2)Method and content.The research methods involved in the thesis mainly include literature research methods,investigation research methods and experimental research.Through the literature research method to learn the concept and origin of the simulation company's teaching model,clarify the research ideas of researchers on the simulation of the company's teaching and summarize it on this basis,and finally form a review of the research and definition of related concepts.The survey research method is mainly carried out in the form of a questionnaire.The survey data includes the initial level of students before the experiment,the learning effect of the students after the experiment,and the students' perception of the model.The teaching experiment adopts the inter-group design.The experiment was conducted without significant differences in the initial levels of the experimental and control students.The research contents of the thesis mainly include: the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis,the composition of the training model of the simulation of the professional secretarial company,the design and implementation of the teaching experiment under the simulated training mode of the company,and the analysis of the teaching experiment results.(3)Conclusions and innovations.The final study found that it is feasible and effective to introduce the simulation company teaching mode into the middle school secretarial training class.It is concluded from the research data that the simulation company teaching mode is conducive to the mastery of the basic skills,can promote the students' independent learning ability,cooperative learning ability and professional ability improvement,and is conducive to form a good professional quality.And most experimental students accept and recognize this teaching model.At present,the employment of middle school secretarial students has a contradiction between supply and demand and the effect of training classroom teaching is not good.In addition,there is little research on the vocational education in China.Therefore,the innovation of the thesis is to learn from the successful experience of the simulation teaching practice in the middle and higher vocational schools,and introduce the simulation company teaching mode into the secretarial training of secondary vocational schools.On the one hand,it is conducive to enriching the effective teaching theory and expanding the application scope of the simulation company's teaching theory.On the other hand,it can improve the teaching quality of the professional secretarial training course in the middle school to a certain extent,and implement the simulation company teaching for the future secretarial professional.Provide some experienceand reference.
