With the promulgation of a series of national policies and documents such as China Education Modernization 2035,the "Golden Class" project represented by the virtual simulation experimental teaching project has become an important work in higher education,and the development of PE virtual simulation experimental teaching projects has also entered the stage of rapid development.In order to develop a virtual simulation experimental teaching project that meets the actual needs of PE experimental teaching,this thesis uses the literature method to sort out the application and research of virtual simulation experimental teaching in nation and abroad,demonstrates the theoretical basis and technical feasibility of PE virtual simulation experimental teaching projects;uses the questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to analyze the professional students' demands for the PE virtual simulation experimental teaching system,clarifies the development strategies and ideas;uses the software development method to design the structure and function of the project,implements the development of project and the realization of the function,and finally carries out the system test and effect evaluation.Through the study of the development and application of the Human Exercise Test and Fitness Path Design virtual simulation experimental teaching project,the following conclusions are summarized:1.The physical education emphasizes comprehensive knowledge and interdisciplinary nature.PE virtual simulation experimental teaching has urgent practical needs.The implementation strategy should abide the principles of "the combination of virtuality and reality,and highlight the key points" in form,"emphasis on sports and optimization of cognition" in mothed,and "the innovation-driven,comprehensive-using" in content.2.PE virtual simulation experimental teaching projects should choose practical,comprehensive,and exploratory experimental content,highlight "oriented,normative and usability" in the design principles,and base on the process of "cognition-practice-exploration" to design functional modules.3.Choose a mainstream development environment to ensure that the operation of project system includes learning,operation,and evaluation functions.The PE virtual simulation experimental teaching project system implemented in this thesis has good stability,effectiveness,interactivity,and usability.
