Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the kindergarten has been strongly encouraged to establish a kindergarten-based curriculum with the characteristics of this kindergarten.Therefore,the establishment of curriculum resources as an effective way to establish such a curriculum has become an important part of the successful establishment of the kindergarten-based curriculum.As a traditional culture of the Chinese nation,the red culture has a rich cultural heritage.In recent years,China has vigorously advocated the inheritance of elements related to the red culture.And preschool education is the most basic part of basic education.In this stage,red culture education for children plays an indispensable role in cultivating children's national self-esteem,self-confidence and sense of pride.The study takes the J kindergarten in Zunyi City as a case,and uses the literature method,interview method and observation method as the data collection method.First of all,through the collection,sorting and analysis of relevant literature,understand the relevant theories of the red culture and curriculum resource development,then build a research framework on this basis.Secondly,in order to clarify the content selection and implementation approach of the development subject objective of the development of the red culture curriculum resources of kindergarten J,the author will personally enter the research site to collect data through observation,interview,text collection and other methods.Third,after sorting out and analyzing the data,the problems encountered by J Kindergarten in the exploitation of the red culture curriculum resources will be unearthed and the reasons for its formation will be revealed.The study found that the main body of J kindergarten red culture curriculum resources development is relatively monotonous,including kindergarten managers and kindergarten teachers,and in the process of development,kindergarten managers have more ideas than practice because of less time spent working.At the same time,kindergarten teachers also hindered the development of curriculum resources to a certain extent due to their low participation.The teachers of J Kindergarten are very vague about the concept of “curriculum resource development”.When establishing the curriculum objectives of the red culture,the goals are always “large and empty” and difficult to implement.The screening of course content is also relatively simple.And too formal and lack of connectivity in the transformation process.In the way of the development of red culture curriculum resources,the form of educational activities around the theme of J Kindergarten is also monotonous,and does not take into account the diverse needs of young children;the participation of parents is very low,and it is difficult to form an effective “home-kindergarten cooperation”.Insufficient community support for curriculum development has affected the activities of red culture outside kindergartens.In the evaluation system of red culture curriculum,the kindergarten lacks the evaluation consciousness of curriculum resource development,and has not formed the evaluation system of curriculum resource development.In order to create a good red culture education system,first of all,the kindergarten should formulate specific plans for the development of red culture curriculum resources,secondly,it should strengthen the kindergarten's cultural construction,enhance the internal communication of the kindergarten,and strengthen the teachers' professional quality and humanistic qualities.A harmonious "home-kindergarten community" education system should be established to promote the development of the red culture curriculum.
