Preschool teaching was a profession that required high strength of emotional labor.In order to meet the job requirements in the work,teachers had to manage emotions is what people call kindergarten teachers emotional labor.Early childhood teachers in the work need not only cognitive or technical work,but also the need for emotional involvement,it is a work of emotional labor.Proper emotional labor affects the effect of education and teaching activities,children's physical and mental health?the development of emotion.Children as the working object of early childhood teachers,what effect does the use of emotional labor strategies have on the relationship between preschool teachers and children ? And what effect does the quality of teacher-child relationship have on emotional labor strategies for kindergarten teachers? This study attempts to explore the relationship between emotional labor strategies for kindergarten teachers and teacher-child relationship.Based on this,in the study,the questionnaire and interview methods were used to prepare the questionnaire of "the emotional labor strategy of kindergarten teachers",and combine with the teacher-child relationship scale to measure the 546 kindergarten teachers in Shenyang?Panjin? Jinzhou?Anshan?Dalian as the research object.Through the analysis of the data recovered to understand the characteristics of the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor strategy and the relationship between teachers and children,and to explore the relationship between the kindergarten teachers' emotional labor strategy and the relationship between teachers and children.Research results show that:1.Generally,kindergarten teachers' emotional labor is in a higher level.Emotional labor strategies in each dimension scores were the expression of naturally felt emotions,deep acting and surface acting.As demographic variable,age,seniority,grade,wage,education,nature of garden,marital status are key factors effecting kindergarten teachers' emotional labor.2.The relationship between teacher and child is of good quality.The three dimensions of average score was followed by intimacy,conflict and dependence.As demographic variable,age,seniority,wage,nature of garden,marital status are key factors effecting the relationship between teachers and children.3.Kindergarten teachers' emotional labor strategy and the relationship between teachers and children are significantly correlated.Among them,there is a significant positive correlation between teacher-children relations of intimacy,conflict,dependence dimensions and the surface acting of preschool teachers' emotional labor strategy;There is a significant positive correlation between the deep acting strategy of the emotional labor of kindergarten teachers and the intimate dimension of teacher-child relationship,and a significant positive correlation also between the expression of naturally felt emotions and the intimate dimension of teacher-child relationship,in contrast,there is a significant negative correlation between the two aspects of conflict dimension of teacher-child relationship.Emotional labor strategy can be a good predictor of teacher-child relationship intimacy,conflict dimension.4.In order to explore the impact of teacher-child relationship level to kindergarten teachers' emotional labor,we will be ordered by teacher-child relationship according to the score height,through the analysis of variance and and other methods,we find that teacher-child relations between high,medium and low three groups exist significant difference with the the expression of naturally felt emotions,deep acting of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor,when the teacher-child relationship score is higher,the the expression of naturally felt emotions,deep acting of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor occur more frequently.
