Research On Discourse Changes In The Report Of The Peoples' Daily Olympic Games (1984-2016)

From the first time that New China sent a delegation to the Olympic Games in 1984,35 years have passed,and the Olympic athletes in China have achieved better and better results.As the watchdog of the society and the “watching people”,the news media pay more and more attention to the attention of the Olympic Games.As the organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "mouthpiece","People's Daily" has continued to report on Olympic events since 1984,highlighting the social significance of sports events,building relevant value systems,and guiding social value orientation programs to achieve significant results.This study borrows the theory of discourse analysis of Vatican Dick,and takes the report of the Olympic Games in the People's Daily from 1984 to 2016 and its "Olympic Special Issue" as the research object,and conducts research on discourse analysis and discourse construction.Through the four methods of macro analysis,micro analysis,style analysis and rhetorical analysis,the paper combs and summarizes the samples,explores the trajectory of the value orientation of the Olympic Games report,explores the deep social reasons behind the change of dialogue,and reveals its The intrinsic link between social context and social context.The specific ideas are as follows: Firstly,construct the theoretical basis,briefly summarize Van Gogh's discourse analysis theory,and explain the concepts of macro analysis,micro analysis,style analysis and rhetorical analysis;secondly,comprehensively use statistics,examples,etc.,and apply relevant theories.The model is carefully analyzed with the sample;again,the reasons for the change of the dialogue between the internal and external aspects are analyzed.Finally,the trend and social value of the discourse change process reported by the People's Daily Olympic Games are summarized to guide the sports.The discourse expression of the event report makes it better serve the society and achieve the purpose of discourse change research.The study found that the discourse changes in the "People's Daily" Olympic Games report are mainly reflected in the gradual improvement of the humanistic care connotation,the gradual dilution of the gold medal concept,the gradual emergence of discourse entertainment,the more prominent the individual image of the athletes,and the gradual dilution of the ideology.The discourse changes reported in the Olympic Games have their unique social values.Therefore,they have a certain reverse construction effect on the society.They are constructing social rationality,calling for fitness for all,adhering to the correct direction of public opinion,maintaining the authority of mainstream discourse,coordinating social consensus,and promoting society.It is of great significance to identify,enhance the aesthetics of readers,promote the democracy of discourse,and enhance service awareness.
