Today,with rapid development of the economy and society,the power of knowledge has become more prominent.As a successor to the new era,young people are the target of social development,and the study of young people is increasingly concerned by society.Related research shows that learning burnout is common in primary and secondary schools,which is not conducive to the healthy growth of adolescents.Therefore,understanding the current situation of students' learning burnout,analyzing the causes of learning burnout,and proposing feasible service strategies have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality of school teaching and promoting students' healthy development.From that reason,this paper will analyze the problem of youth learning burnout from the perspective of social work,and provide feasible prevention and intervention strategies.By using psychosocial treatment model,the author carries out a three-month casework intervention on learning burnout problem of Xiaowang's classmates in W middle school from the perspective of advantage theory.The flexible but professional method of social work makes it possible to offer young people support and affirmation,enhance self-confidence and self-efficacy of the case,ease the pressure of learning,improve the efficiency of learning,and gradually eliminate sense of burnout.In the process of research intervention,in order to better prevent and intervene the problem of learning burnout among adolescents,the author focuses on micro-system and meso-system of the case.While focusing on potentiality of the client,the author uses the professional ideas,methods and techniques of social work to fully play the role of coordinator and resource linker,better coordinate family and school resources,and use informal resources to change the case.The supporting role played by the establishment of a home-school communication platform provide a better social supporting network for the client,and alleviate the external pressure of the client.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the case study of this article,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
