Case Work Study On Burnout Among Township Primary School Teachers From The Perspective Of Advantages

Under the social background of gradually accelerating pace of life,increasingly fierce occupational competition,and serious involution in various industries,job burnout has increasingly become a serious "occupational disease" in the 21 st century.The "2020 Public Mental Health Insights Report" shows that 65% of the more than500 professionals in the workplace are troubled by occupational anxiety,and 51% of the respondents feel the meaninglessness of work.This study selects a job burnout teacher with a low sense of achievement and a high degree of achievement,and uses the advantage perspective to carry out casework on the client’s individual internal system and external system.In terms of evaluation tools,the occupational burnout scale MBI-ES revised by domestic scholars was used to measure the degree of occupational burnout of clients,and skillful questions were used to stimulate clients’ "resilience and superiority narrative",and responses such as repetition and focus were used.Skills Make clients aware of and accept their own strengths and resources,and use the "Strength Assessment Form" to further explore their strengths,resources and experiences;set long-term goals to assist clients in designing specific,actionable,time-limited personal schedules,encourage and monitor The client completed on time;changed the client’s stereotype of colleagues and office resources,improved the utilization of school resources,and improved the relationship between colleagues.Finally,after summarizing and reflecting on the intervention process of the case,the following research conclusions are put forward:stimulating the discourse of strengths and resilience is conducive to reducing the client’s "low sense of achievement";objective evaluation of work resources helps to improve the degree of integration into the work environment;suspension Doubt is conducive to exploiting and exploiting the advantages of older clients;multiple role transitions and professional relationship building complement each other.
