| With the continuous development of social economy,China ’s development theme has changed from the original high-speed development to high-quality development.In the process of national development transformation,talents are still the first driving force.High school is a key step in individual self-realization.Through the college entrance examination,excellent students can go to a better university,which means that they can obtain better educational resources and opportunities.Therefore,students in high school will have different degrees of burnout in learning under the condition of longer time,high concentration and great physical and mental loss.The academic community calls this phenomenon learning burnout.Although domestic scholars have carried out long-term research on the learning burnout of Chinese students and achieved fruitful results,there are still deficiencies in the study of the learning burnout of ethnic minority students in China.It is urgent and necessary to alleviate the learning burnout of minority students.Therefore,this paper studies the learning burnout of Mongolian high school students and the social work service intervention to alleviate the learning burnout of Mongolian high school students.This paper will start from the field of youth social work,take case work as the way of service intervention,under the guidance of advantage perspective theory and cognitive behavior theory,use scale survey method,interview method and observation method to investigate and study the learning burnout of high school students in EE Mongolian middle school,and select a typical student to carry out case service research to help them alleviate their learning burnout.In the course of the study,the author first used the scale survey method to collect the effective data of 104 high school students in EE Mongolian.Through interviews with 10 high school students and 4 teachers in different grades,the author learned the first-hand information of learning burnout of high school students in EE Mongolian middle school.Then the data processing software SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the current situation of learning burnout of high school students in EE Mongolian middle school.Combined with data,interviews and observations,the reasons for learning burnout of high school students in EE Mongolian middle school were found.Secondly,with the help of the internship instructor,a typical student was found.Through seven case service interventions,the cognition,emotion and behavior of the service object were improved,and the proposed learning plan and learning objectives that the service object could complete in learning were also implemented.Finally,through the re-test of the scale,and the comparison of the scores of each dimension before and after,it is found that the service pairThe degree of learning burnout is effectively alleviated.And through the feedback of the service object class teacher and the results of the Mongolian high school examination in the city,the case work service intervention has achieved remarkable results.Through the research of this paper,it is found that,first of all,there is a serious situation of learning burnout in high school students of EE Mongolian middle school,which is in urgent need of the intervention and help of professional social workers.Secondly,social work intervention under the guidance of advantage perspective theory and cognitive behavior theory has the ability to alleviate the learning burnout of Mongolian high school students.Finally,in the process of service intervention,it is necessary to pay attention to the respect,acceptance and empathy of the service object.In order to realize the long-term relief of students ’ learning burnout,it requires the joint efforts and persistence of individual students,parents and schools. |
