The basic learning in primary school is the key period for the future higher education.Learning disability is a common social phenomenon under compulsory education in China,which affects the overall quality of education in China and the overall development of people.With the increase of social pressure,more and more children become parents' high expectations,a less-pressured "concept under the victim,but behind this phenomenon still exist such a problem: a lot of children is very smart,intelligence quotient is very high,even in class also listening but is particularly poor grades,reduced child confidence,anxious parents blame,resulting in a series of problems.There are many factors for students' poor performance,including individual factors,family factors,school factors and so on.Generally speaking,some students with learning disabilities are mainly manifested as: there are some problems in listening,speaking,reading,writing and interpersonal communication,but they are normal in terms of intelligence,there is no intelligence problem,that is,their intelligence level is not matched with their academic performance.This study adopts the case work method in primary school students learning disabilities,egotism information collected through interviews,observation and other methods,analysis of the specific reason for the director in learning disabilities,through advantage perspective theory forecast exist problems,learning disabilities children in the situations in theory,from the macroscopic perspective,systems analysis of the problem,emphasizes the social environmental resources,director of the Intervention starts from the perspective of social environment,attaches importance to the interaction between people and social environment,closely connects people and social environment,so as to adapt to the social environment as the purpose,so that the client can better improve their adaptability with the change of the environment.In the process of intervention to explore the needs and advantages of the client,stimulate the internal motivation of the client,enhance self-confidence,improve the interpersonal relationship and environment as the goal.Finally,with the help of parents and teachers,the change performance of the client is evaluated to consolidate the effect.The study found that using case work to intervene the learning disability of primary school students is an effective way to solve the problem,which is of great help to promote the improvement and change of the client.
