Study On The Education And Policy Of Ethnic Culture Inheritance In Urban Mongolian Primary Adn Secondary Schools

As the society developed,the living pattern,living environment and family cultural atmosphere have changed a lot from what they were and of course have less Mongolian cultural elements than the past few years.Owing to the lack of Mongolian cultural elements in modern life,the city can not meet the needs of the inheritance and development of ethnic language.Thus,school education has become an important part for ethnic culture inheritance education.Under the social background of attaching importance to the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and under the influential factors such as "national culture entering the campus" and "not remaining into the campus",ethnic schools also carry out ethnic culture inheritance education to a great extent.In the article Analysis of the status and development of national cultural inheritance education in Inner Mongolia,Yi Song defines the education of national cultural inheritance as "teaching activities to teach the national history and culture to the educated,mainly primary and secondary school students,that is,to use classroom teaching and extracurricular activities in the school to carry out the teaching activities of national cultural inheritance." Therefore,the education of national cultural inheritance plays an important role in the contemporary inheritance of the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.In order to carry out this research,the author went to Hohhot National Experimental School and Mongolian school to carry out field investigation,use questionnaire survey method,interview and other ethnographic field investigation methods to obtain sufficient and reliable first-hand information,combined with the relevant theories of educational anthropology.This paper objectively discusses and expounds the situation of cultural inheritance education in primary and secondary schools of Mongolian cities,and probes into the curriculum,extracurricular activities,special teacher teaching materials,teaching facilities and related policy support in the process of urban Mongolian primary and secondary school education.This paper analyzes the demand and implementation of national cultural inheritance education in urban Mongolian primary and secondary schools,and tries to put forward the future development path of national cultural inheritance education in urban Mongolian primary and secondary schools from the policy level,and provides theoretical basis for Governments in all levels and education departments to formulate relevant national cultural inheritance education policies.As this study stated,it is found that the education of national culture inheritance has been carried out for many years,and the National School has made rich achievements in carrying out the education of national cultural inheritance,such as carrying out the education of national culture inheritance through classroom teaching,holding colorful ethnic activities,and building the campus of national cultural characteristics.However,there are still some problems in the process of carrying out education on national cultural inheritance.For example,the lack of guidance policies to carry out education on national cultural heritage,lack of stable special funds,school-based teaching materials lack of adaptability and so on.This study holds that the most important problem to be solved today is the lack of concrete and feasible policy guidance,when the education of national cultural inheritance has been carried out for many years.The purpose and the landing point of this study are also in this regard.
