In modern society, the impact of popular culture, ethnic culture and traditional culture growing extinction crisis. At the same time, minority students’ language foundation is weak, language literacy should be improved. Into the national cultural heritage and education in high school language teaching, in line with new curriculum standards of teaching high school language requirement is the need of multicultural education, ethnic areas is a win-win way to enhance students’ language literacy.On the basis of interviews with the investigation,based on multicultural education, constructivist theory, analysis of Lijiang and Yulong County,embarrassing situation Ethnic Cultural Inheritance educational process presented by collation analysis Yulong County,a high school language teaching in the integration,Teaching practice of national culture heritage, combined with multivariate interpretation of the teaching of the text, to find the proper way to integrate into the national language and culture of high school language teaching, so that students are familiar with the national language and culture play a matchmaking in high school language teaching,creating the role of context, sensitivity to language students,enhance thinking skills, students multicultural values and humanistic spirit, the short-board language teaching minority areas due to ethnic, regional brought into an advantage.In the specific implementation process, teachers want to cultivate cross-cultural comparison ability, teaching and research team to play, creating national cultural heritage education in the integration stage of basic education continuity and consistency to ensure that language teaching areas produce better results.
