| A series of achievements made by Chinese athletes in previous world championships and competitions show that China has been a nation leading in gold medals.Although the rankings in the gold medal stand rejoiced the people across the country,this failed to significantly enhance the physique of the people,popularize the nationwide fitness program,promote the development and prosperity of the sports industry,and promote higher levels of professionalism and higher social concern of the three major ball sport(football,basketball,volleyball)to achieve better results.Our country has not really become a sports power that is universally recognized by the international community.How to realize the transformation of the gold medal power to the sports power by the reform of sports management system is the central issue to be explored in this thesis.Based on the conception,this study mainly uses the methods of literature review,historical research and comparative analysis to review and analyze the historical evolution of China's sports management system since the founding of the People's Republic of China,analyzes objective problems and their causes in sports management system,from the perspectives of political system,economic development,sports itself and national cultural tradition.The study also learn from sport management systems of sports power countries,such as the United States,Russia,Germany,Britain and France.The study tries to put forward the development trend and reform path of sports management system in our country by the way of updating ideas,promoting mass sports,innovating competitive sports,developing sports industry and improving personnel training with the example of Nanjing,striving to a practical reference of local sports management system reform,and to improve China's sports management system with absorbing,reforming and innovation. |
